What does Biographer cost?
$150 a year, about $12.50 a month. That covers your biographer, every conversation, every written story, and your printed hardcover book. Sales tax may be added at checkout.
What's in the hardcover?
Your book is a printed hardcover, in full color, up to 300 pages, with the photographs you've added placed alongside your stories. We ship it to your door.
What if I have more than 300 pages of stories?
That's what Volume Two is for. When you renew for a second year, your next stories go into a second hardcover. Nothing you've told your biographer is lost.
What happens after the first year?
Your plan renews at $150 a year. Renewing gets you another year with your biographer and Volume Two of your book. If you'd rather stop, you can cancel anytime from Settings, and you can still read the stories you've already told.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you don't like it or don't use it, tell us within 30 days of starting and we'll refund you in full. The one exception: once your book has been printed, the plan can't be refunded.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. You add a card when you sign up and your plan starts right away. If you don't like the service or aren't using it, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, as long as your book hasn't been printed.
Can I get Biographer for my mom or dad?
Yes. A son or daughter can pay for the plan. The stories and the book belong to your parent, and they choose who else gets to read them.
Are songs, audiobooks and children's books included?
Those are extras, priced separately. You can make them anytime from the stories you've already told.
